Building software since 2014; mobile apps for iOS and Android, supported after launch
Kirill Nikolaenko founded SwiftandScale and has worked in software development since 2014; the studio’s first legal entity dates from June 2014.
Mobile apps for iOS and Android lead the work: a first release for both stores in eight weeks, then support from the people who built it. Around them we build web apps, CRMs, client portals, marketplaces and SaaS products, and we sell test automation and deployment on their own. Every service page publishes a starting price and a timeline.
Most of our client work is under NDA, so the systems we show whole are our own: a two-sided marketplace with escrow payments and its mobile app, a made-to-order production platform, and the studio’s own CRM. We built them and still run them, and each has a write-up or a demo you can open. The site carries no logos and no awards.
How we work
- 01
An estimate within 12 hours
A basic estimate arrives within 12 hours: a price range, what the first version contains and what moves the price.
- 02
Paid by stage
A stage does not grow unless the scope does, and any change is quoted before work starts.
- 03
Stop after any stage
Every stage closes with an interim acceptance, and you can stop after any of them and keep what is built, working.
- 04
Yours from the first commit
Code, servers and store accounts are in your name from the first commit.
- 05
Tests ship with the code
Every working part of the system ships with automated tests.
- 06
Support from the people who built it
After launch the team that built the app supports it, monthly and in business hours.
Where to check it
Two-sided marketplace
Escrow payments, arbitration and an AI studio billed per generation: four months from kickoff to a working product, 173 end-to-end tests in 24 suites, and 30 more on a device for its mobile app.
Made-to-order production platform
Measurements taken off a scan by computer vision and a shop floor that keeps working offline: the largest system we run, with 81 data models, and still growing.
The studio’s own CRM
Contract, spec, invoice and acceptance act are generated as PDF from the project card, and stages are accepted item by item against the spec, with 561 tests.
