This policy explains what happens to the information you give us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived, and it describes only what the site actually does.

Who is responsible

SwiftandScale LLC, registered in Vietnam, is the controller of the personal data described here. For anything in this policy, including requests about your data, write to privacy@swiftandscale.com.

What we collect

We collect nothing until you send it to us. There is no account system on this site and nothing to sign up for beyond the two forms below.

Contact and consultation forms. Your email address, which is required so that we can reply. Optionally your name, your message, your preferred messaging channel and the handle for it. We also record which page the form was sent from, so we know what you were reading when you wrote.

Newsletter. Your email address, and the fact that you ticked the consent box.

That is the whole list. We do not ask for a phone number, a company name, an address or anything else, and we do not buy or enrich contact data from third parties.

Why we may use it

Enquiry data is used to answer your enquiry and to carry on that conversation. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to someone who has contacted us about work.

Newsletter data is used to send you articles we publish. The legal basis is your consent alone. We do not use enquiry data for marketing unless you separately asked for the newsletter.

Cookies, analytics and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising or social network pixel, no session recording and no third-party tracking of any kind. Nothing about your visit is measured or profiled.

The only cookie the platform is capable of setting is a login session for our own staff in the content management system, which is never issued to visitors. This is also why you are not being asked to accept anything: there is nothing to accept.

Who else can see it

Nobody buys this data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. Access is limited to the people at SwiftandScale who handle enquiries.

Two parties necessarily process it on our behalf: the company hosting our server, and the email provider that carries our correspondence with you. Both act on our instructions and for no other purpose.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in our own database on a rented server located in the Russian Federation, and are not copied elsewhere. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, this means your data leaves that area when you send it to us. You choose whether to send it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

How long we keep it

Until you withdraw your consent. We do not run an automatic expiry, because an enquiry from two years ago is often still a live conversation. Withdrawing is one email to privacy@swiftandscale.com and costs you no explanation; we delete the record and confirm that we have.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. If you are covered by the GDPR, those rights are access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection, and you may also withdraw consent at any time without affecting what was lawful beforehand.

  • Write to privacy@swiftandscale.com.
  • We answer within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
  • We do not charge for this and will not ask why.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you are entitled to complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Children

This site sells development services to businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If that has happened, tell us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Should a change materially affect how we use data you have already given us, we will contact you before it takes effect rather than rely on you re-reading this page.
