The site is operated by SwiftandScale LLC, registered in Vietnam. Reaching us is described on the contact page.
Using the site
You are welcome to read, quote and link to anything here. Please do not:
- attempt to break into, overload or probe the site or the systems behind it;
- scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people;
- use the contact forms to send unsolicited advertising;
- republish substantial parts of the writing as your own.
If you find a security problem, we would much rather hear about it than read about it. Write to privacy@swiftandscale.com and we will respond.
What the content is
The articles, case descriptions and service pages are information about how we work and what things generally involve. They are not professional advice for your particular situation, and they are not an offer to enter into a contract.
Where we mention costs, timelines or approaches, those are illustrations drawn from past work. Your project is not that project. Any actual figure we give you comes in a written proposal, states the assumptions it rests on, and is binding only when both sides have signed something.
Interactive demonstrations on this site run on invented data and exist to show how an interface behaves. They are not the client systems they resemble.
Who owns what
The design, text, logo and code of this site belong to SwiftandScale LLC. Product and company names mentioned belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only, without implying any endorsement.
Quoting us with attribution and a link is fine and needs no permission. Reproducing a whole article elsewhere does need permission — ask, and it is usually yes.
Links to other sites
Where we link somewhere else, we do not control what is there and are not responsible for it. A link is not an endorsement.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and online, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that everything on it is current at the moment you read it.
To the extent the law allows, SwiftandScale LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, including lost profit or lost data. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Your data
What happens to anything you send through the forms is set out in the Privacy Policy. In short: no cookies, no analytics, and the data stays until you ask us to delete it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam, and disputes about them belong to the courts of Vietnam. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you protections that cannot be contracted away, those protections still apply to you.
Changes
We may revise these terms; the date at the top will say when we last did. Continuing to use the site after that means the revised version applies.
